Recruitment Process

We follow a structured recruiting process for the selection of our future LSC consultants.

  • Step One:

    The process starts with an online problem-solving test (GMAT-style). Based on the results, the candidate would be invited to interviews.

  • Step Two:

    Three rounds of interviews with LSC senior team members to evaluate fit and motivation, and to confirm analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.

  • Step Three:

    Finally, one or more interviews with Partners, to jointly assess career potential and discuss job opportunities.
