Assessed UK treatment constraints and system-wide capacity for a multiple sclerosis therapy, ultimately optimizing and informing the strategic action plan of a large pharmaceutical company

Our client, a large multinational pharmaceutical company was beginning to plan for a UK launch for its commercially successful multiple sclerosis therapy, but was unclear how best to optimize the launch action plan given the potential for center-level capacity gaps. LSC was able to evaluate the launch action plan and take a center-level approach to understand capacity levels in the market and key challenges holding back that capacity. LSC evaluated each challenge qualitatively and quantitatively, allowing our client to identify specific activities to incorporate in UK go-to-market planning.
