A small pharmaceutical company that specializes in rare genetic diseases sought to identify the gross potential for their lead asset in three EU countries, focusing on guiding launch planning by understanding the distribution of patients and treatment centers. LSC engaged nearly two dozen treatment centers across these countries, probing into adoption obstacles and mapping the “net” potential for treatment. LSC was able to chart the adoption landscape for the treatment, highlighting key obstacles and setting clear priorities to inform their strategic action plan and resourcing needs.
