Clinical validation strategy and go-to-market planning for an AI-integrated product that automates imaging analyses

Our client, a digital health software company, sought guidance to validate the clinical and business case for use of its suite of Al-enabled analytics in streamlining and automating medical image analyses, and develop a market entry plan. Using primary and secondary market research to develop center-specific workflow maps and define critical decision-making points in a multispecialty ecosystem, LSC helped our client to show and validate how their platform fit within and improved established workflows, and enable clinicians to identify previously undetected indicators of pathology at a lower total cost. In planning the GTM strategy, LSC identified key hospital systems as customers, and generated insights into the interoperability and data connectivity requirements expected by hospitals to accelerate purchase decision making and installation. The client’s product was rapidly and widely adopted in target hospitals and launch and has continued its strong growth.
