Constructed a value proposition and IMSS (Mexico) access plan for a novel multiple sclerosis (MS) therapy

A large international pharmaceutical company sought to launch their MS therapy in Mexico and required a detailed analysis of the clinical, economic, and social impact of patients’ management compared to alternative MS treatments.
