Developed a comprehensive understanding of the DMD GTx infrastructure of care to wholistically inform commercial planning for a large pharmaceutical company

Our client, a large, international pharmaceutical company developing a gene therapy for a rare disease aimed to develop a global, comprehensive launch strategy based on the specific needs of geographic regions within each country. LSC mapped and assessed the likely GTx treatment centers, their readiness to adopt a novel GTx, and their potential capacity. To enhance regional capacity, and therefore potential revenues after launch, LSC looked into the broader care ecosystem, assessing the willingness and ability of GTx treatment centers to collaborate with referral centers. LSC defined and classified the regional ecosystems in target launch countries and proceeded to identify specific challenges and solutions based on attributes of the regional care ecosystem.
