Developed a launch excellence plan, based on local market inputs for a global pharmaceutical company

A large international pharmaceutical company was planning the launch of a hemophilia GTx in Mexico and sought to optimize their country-specific launch strategy based on past launch experience. LSC delved into previous launch strategies and mapped the customer needs to set up a clear set of short-, medium-, and long-term goals that align the findings with the stated launch aspirations. LSC synthesized those findings into a launch excellence plan and workshopped a launch plan with the cross-functional team. The outcome of the collaboration was a 3- and 5-year launch trajectory model and a robust, actionable launch plan.
