A large, multi-national pharmaceutical company was looking to expand its diabetes franchise to international markets including the Middle East, Gulf Countries, Saudi Arabia, and Latin America and needed assistance developing a payer strategy for each country. LSC conducted secondary research to understand payer structures and considerations in target countries sufficient to design portfolio offerings, including beneficial services and realistic payment schemes.
