Global and regional brand planning process development and piloting

Our client, a mid-sized biopharma company with multiple commercial assets, was looking to independently launch their first oncology asset across multiple countries and needed to establish commercial planning processes. LSC was able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders at the client organization to develop a brand planning process, complete with global and regional guidance and templates. LSC also supported the client team in piloting the process to efficiently craft its first global brand/launch plan.
