Our client, a top biopharma company, had launched multiple oncology assets in recent years and needed a way to pass knowledge from brand team to brand team. LSC helped to aggregate prior launch and brand planning documents, and design an internal, ethernet-based system to house this content for future reference. This tool was implemented, regularly updated, and used as the key point of reference for these types of product launches.
