Market and patient access scenario planning for a pipeline hemophilia asset

Our client, a top biopharma company, was initiating the launch process for a hemophilia pipeline asset and needed to define the potential scenarios for planning purposes. LSC was able to assess the current and future hemophilia landscape, define key uncertainties, and collaborate with the client team to craft potential scenarios relating to reimbursement and patient access in the US. Ultimately, the outputs of the project helped the client to develop distribution and contracting, payer, and patient support strategies.
