Physician targeting by field force based on recent cancer diagnoses 

Our client, a top biopharma company, had gained access to real-time cancer diagnosis claims data and wanted to utilize this for better field force engagement of physicians. LSC helped to define program purpose and partnered with the clients’ analytics team to establish the appropriate rules and parameters when notifying territory-specific field force on physician(s) to engage. The client was able to pilot the program, track product uptake, and justify broader program implementation.
