Reconstructed launch experience to inform early commercial planning at a large pharmaceutical company developing a GTx

A large pharmaceutical company was developing a gene therapy and sought to understand the unique considerations of launching a gene therapy product. LSC was engaged to comprehensively understand the unique launch and preparation activities required for a gene therapy, as well as identify unique challenges that were identified both leading up to and following the launch. LSC was ultimately able to inform the client of unique challenges faced in hospital activation, patient identification and physician engagement.
