Founder and CEO
Pierluigi BruschettaNEW JERSEY.
Pierluigi founded and currently leads LSC globally. Prior to founding LSC, Pierluigi held partnership and leadership roles in the pharma and healthcare practices of various global strategic consulting firms (including Gemini Consulting and most recently AT.Kearney).
In over 25 years of pharma and healthcare consulting, Pierluigi has advised numerous global product teams at blue-chip top 15 pharmaceutical and medical device companies, as well as CEOs and CCOs of fast-growing US and EU based biotechs. Pierluigi has direct experience in several therapeutic areas, including oncology and hematology, CNS, ophthalmology, CVD and diabetes, inflammatory. He has focused a significant portion of his recent work and applied research on commercial strategy and go-to-market issues of innovative gene and cell therapies worldwide.
Proud father of two, he holds a MS in Cell Biology and Biotechnology from John Hopkins University, an MPH from Columbia University, an MBA from Bocconi University of Milan, Italy and a BA from Palermo University, Italy.

Daniel WetherillNEW YORK, NY.
Dan joins LSC as a Partner, where he currently leads the firm’s Data Analytics capability. Prior to LSC, he held leadership or board roles at several niche life sciences management consulting firms, including BEGHOU, EVERSANA (formerly Promidian Consulting) and ZS Associates. In each of these organizations, he helped to lead or found the Integrated Data Analytics capability and worked with a variety of Emerging Biopharma, Biotech, Digital Dx and Top 20 Pharma. In his 25+ years experience, he has worked extensively across all areas of commercialization with emphasis on data-driven strategy, planning, measurement and execution. He has focused most recently in Specialty/RD therapy areas and has expertise in a number of TAs, including Oncology, CNS, CV / Metabolic, Respiratory, and Dermatology.

William has more than 30 years of experience assisting companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medtech industries, ranging from global corporations to pre-commercial enterprises.
William offers deep expertise in guiding investment decision-making in the face of uncertainty. He brings a track record of success in helping executive teams develop innovative, actionable strategies at the corporate, franchise, and product level. William’s therapy area experience includes oncology, immunology/inflammation, neurological disorders, rare, and infectious diseases. He is actively investigating how to accelerate drug development and commercialization through applications of artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining LSC, William served in leadership roles with Strategic Decisions Group, where he led their North American life sciences practice, and IQVIA’s Corporate & Portfolio Strategy consulting team.
William holds a PhD in physics from Harvard University and a bachelor of science in physics and mathematics from Purdue University. He was a Churchill Scholar at the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow in the Society of Decision Professionals.

Sisi Zhu NEW YORK, NY.
Sisi brings over a dozen years of healthcare consulting experience, covering a broad range of therapeutic areas and business issues. Her expertise lies in helping commercial and pre-commercial organizations make data-driven, strategic decisions to enable sustainable growth, new product planning, and go/no-go decisions for key business endeavors. Sisi therapeutic area expertise includes oncology, immunology, rare disease, primary care, and women’s health. She is passionate about putting patients’ needs and experiences at the forefront of brand strategy, with the goal to improve patient experiences throughout their healthcare interactions.
Prior to joining LSC, Sisi was at ZS Associates where she held multiple roles within Emerging Pharma, Pipeline and Launch, and Patient and Consumer Health practice areas.
Sisi holds a Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a bachelor of science in Biological Engineering with a minor in Management from MIT.

Evelyn TeeWASHINGTON D.C.
Evelyn is a partner based out of Washington D.C., with almost 20 years of experience, working with executives and C-suites in global MedTech, investor, and pharmaceuticals companies. Evelyn leverages her deep expertise across multiple focus areas including cardiovascular, acute care, renal care, surgical and revascularization procedures, to help her clients solve some of their toughest business challenges. She works with a range of clientele from the largest conglomerates to up-and-coming smaller companies. Most recently in 2023, she was recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the most influential consultants globally, winning the 2023 Top Consulting Award in Client Service.
Prior to LSC, Evelyn held leadership roles in strategy consulting companies including Boston Consulting Group, EY-Parthenon and the boutique healthcare consulting firm Kx Advisors. She also served on the Board of the World Bank in Washington D.C. as an advisor. Evelyn is passionate about mentoring and coaching women in the business place and has founded women’s business initiatives. She holds an MBA with a double major in Operations and Marketing from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a Joseph Wharton Fellow for outstanding leadership. She graduated with a BA with special awards and triple majored in Mathematical Methods in Social Sciences, Economics, and International Studies from Northwestern University.

Javier PicóMEXICO CITY, MEXICO.
Javier cofounded the company and has dedicated his entire professional career to healthcare in different landscapes, focusing on developing innovative solutions to help people get access to the best health services available.
Javier has collaborated with governments, health industry associations, hospitals, healthcare providers, medical device companies, diagnosis device companies, health insurance companies and, above all, the pharmaceutical industry, in order to align needs and incentives through innovation. That innovation is backed by a solid quantitative background, with the goal of implementing healthcare policies that are effective in the public sector as well as the private sector.
Javier is an engineer with a master’s degree in applied economics as well as health economics. He is currently developing his doctoral dissertation on “The Value of Health”.

Marco PedrazzoliZUG, SWITZERLAND.
Marco joined LSC in 2008, shortly after starting his career in consulting, to specialize in pharmaceuticals and healthcare. He contributed to the growth and internationalization process of the company, rotating across all offices (Europe, Mexico, USA, Gulf) and helping build LSC’s global excellence reputation.
Marco has developed broad global expertise, helping pharma and healthcare system partners to ensure full and timely adoption of innovation—from site readiness for ATMPs, to healthcare systems capacity (for diagnostics and treatment), care pathways, innovative pricing and contracting schemes, and patient/center support programs.
He has specialized in neurosciences, inflammation, hematology and rare diseases, where he is leading a number of international assignments for multiple leading global pharma and biotech firms. He combines a strong quantitative and analytical background with a passion for compelling “story building,” helping professionals in the pharma and healthcare industry visualize and communicate opportunities and challenges.
Marco is Italian, a father of three, and has degrees in economics and business administration from Bocconi University, as well as a master’s degree in public health (MPH) from Columbia University.

Boris is a Partner at LifeSciences Consultants and leads the buildup of our German team and operations. He focuses on advising multinational pharmaceutical companies and brings experiences with medtech firms, health insurances and associations as well. In his former life he worked for strategy consulting houses like EY-Parthenon, Strategy& and Kearney. Boris is passionate about developing commercial strategies and models with clients through a portfolio-driven and highly patient-centric approach. Beyond strategy development, he has helped clients build competitive capabilities with large-scale transformations and supports in peri-deal situations as well. His therapeutic area expertise spans respirology, CNS, CVD, immunology, dermatology, and rare diseases. Boris lives with his family in Berlin and holds a diploma in neurosciences from the JWG University and the Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysics in Frankfurt am Main.

Stefano brings over 20 years of healthcare consulting experience, specializing in market access, reimbursement, and pricing strategies for the pharma, biotech, and medtech sectors.
He designs and executes access strategies across European and international markets, optimizing pathways for innovative therapies – including orphan drugs and vaccines – through expert negotiation, positioning, and value communication.
By closely aligning market-entry initiatives with overarching commercial goals, he successfully navigates complex reimbursement environments for Pharma, Biotech, and other Healthcare Manufacturers.
Prior to joining LSC, Stefano was a long tenure Partner at Simon-Kucher & Partners.
He holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Padova and a postgraduate Master’s in Pharmacoeconomics from the University of Milan.

Marina PonomarevaMILAN, ITALY.
Marina joined LSC short after her graduation from the MSc program in International Management in Bocconi University. She has built her consulting career in LSC – growing steadily from business analyst in 2016, to Milan office principal in 2023.
Over the years, Marina has supported LSC in a wide variety of assignments, ranging from market landscape and asset potential assessment to commercial and access strategies generation. She is most passionate about projects encompassing innovative tactics ideation, blueprinting and piloting, as well as roll-out planning.
Marina has a second degree in International Law from Moscow State Institute of International Affairs. Although she has decided to forgo the legal career for business consulting, she believes the multidisciplinary academic background and work experience in diverse fields helps her approach strategic challenges with an 360-degree, out-of-the-box mindset.
