Strategic plan and add-ons identification in catheter market for a portfolio company

A PE fund was interested in determining potential areas of expansion and identifying potential targets for an Italian catheters company and help in the development of its next 5-years strategic plan. LSC prepared market maps, including competitive assessment and company positioning in European market, developed a strategic plan, including a 5 years vision, and a growth path around call points and procedures and identified potential targets (i.e., add-ons) together with management and investors.​
